About the role

NextGamings is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support operators from onboarding through growth. You will coordinate between clients, product, engineering and commercial teams to make sure platform setup, integrations and operational needs are handled clearly.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in technical account management, customer success or project coordination.
  • Ability to understand APIs, platform modules and operational workflows.
  • Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
  • iGaming, SaaS, fintech or platform experience is a plus.
