AWS Cloud Systems Engineer
Own AWS infrastructure, reliability and data-heavy platform operations for a production iGaming stack.
About the role
NextGamings is looking for an AWS Cloud Systems Engineer to strengthen the infrastructure behind our iGaming platform. You will work on cloud architecture, deployment standards, observability, backups, incident readiness and production reliability across operator-facing systems.
This is a senior role for someone used to real production pressure, distributed services and data-heavy workloads where uptime, auditability and recovery matter.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering or production operations.
- Strong AWS experience with Linux, networking, load balancing, IAM, backups, monitoring and incident response.
- Solid production experience with database platforms, including NoSQL and search systems such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure automation and secure access management.
- Ability to document operational procedures clearly for engineering, support and management teams.
