Security & Compliance Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Security & Compliance Engineer to improve the security posture of NextGamings products and operations. You will work on access control, audit trails, infrastructure security, secure development practices and compliance-ready documentation.

The role covers application and infrastructure risk, including secure handling of SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, logs, API credentials and operator data.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in application security, cloud security, compliance engineering or secure platform operations.
• Understanding of access control, logging, secrets, vulnerability management, incident process and auditability.
• Experience reviewing systems that use SQL databases, NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB and search/log platforms such as Elasticsearch.
• Ability to work pragmatically with engineering teams and turn security requirements into workable controls.
• Strong documentation, risk communication and compliance-readiness habits.
