We are hiring a CRM & Retention Manager to help shape player lifecycle strategy for operators using NextGamings. You will work on campaign concepts, segmentation, reward logic, rakeback positioning and retention journeys that turn acquisition into repeat value.
O que procuramos
- Experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing or iGaming operations.
- Understanding of player segmentation, campaign performance and bonus cost.
- Ability to create clear campaign logic and analyze results.
- Strong collaboration with product and commercial teams.
