L2/L3 Platform Support Specialist
Investigate operator issues across APIs, wallet events, games, logs, databases and backoffice workflows.
About the role
NextGamings is looking for a Senior L2/L3 Platform Support Specialist to support operator teams and investigate technical issues across the platform. You will work with logs, backoffice data, transaction histories, provider reports and escalation flows.
This role is for someone technical enough to read API traces, understand database evidence and communicate clearly with both operators and engineers.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of technical support, platform operations or application support experience.
- Ability to investigate issues logically using logs, API traces, database records and reproduction steps.
- Practical familiarity with SQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch for support investigations and operational diagnostics.
- Clear written communication, escalation discipline and ownership of customer-facing incidents.
- Understanding of wallet, games, provider APIs, backoffice workflows or iGaming operations is a plus.
